AUDITOR | Rachel Sinclair
The Auditor shall chair meetings of the Committee and any general meetings that may be held. The Chairperson has the right to co-opt anymember of the Society as an assistant. It is their responsibility to oversee the organisation of all events and to act as spokesperson within and external to the university.
VICE/EDUCATION OFFICER | Shannon Godfrey
Vice-auditor/education steps in for the auditor whenever he/she is absent. This officer must also organise events for the academic benefit of the students e.g. Health Science Debates and one other academic event.
TREASURER | Meabh Long
The Treasurer shall control all finances of the Society. It is their responsibility to prepare the budget, apply for guild funding and prepare the annual financial report.
SECRETARY & SPONSORSHIP | Clare O’Connell
The Secretary/Sponsorship Officer shall maintain a record of the meetings and deal with any correspondence and other administrative duties. It will be their responsibility to seek sponsorship for the society.
ENTERTAINMENT OFFICER | Geraldine Gillman
Entertainment Officers shall organise the social events for the society. At a minimum this must include a welcome back party, the Dental Ball, the Final Year Results night and one other event.

WEBMASTER & PROMOTIONS | Eva Taaffe
The Webmaster/Promotions Officer will be responsible for the maintenance of the profile of the society. It will be their responsibility to design and distribute promotional material, maintain social media, website and any online profiles of the society. It is their responsibility to contribute towards the design of the yearbook.
SPORTS OFFICER | Shannon Hooi
The Sports officer must organise at least the Dent cup, and then any other events that occur e.g. annual med-dent sports event and staff student soccer match.
STUDENT LIAISON | David McDonell
Student liason. Works with the dental students and the individual class reps to act as a voice for them on the committee. It is their responsibility to create the yearbook and communicate with the final year class on its contents.
3RD YEAR REPRESENTATIVE | Aisling O’Regan-Reynolds
The 3rd Year Representative shall assist the work of the committee as required, being a conduit between the committee and new members to the society and may be delegated some responsibility as the Auditor sees fit.
